The Arena District Members will NOT

• Deny paying patrons great customer service
• Advertise events to preferred groups of people only, we want all to enjoy the Arena District
• Refuse to make reasonable accommodations for persons with a disability
• Harass, coerce, intimidate, or interfere with anyone exercising their privilege to enjoy the Arena District

AD Members will not refuse to provide stellar service to anyone based on any of the following:

• Culture
• National Origin
• Religion
• Sex
• Handicap
• Disability
• Political Affiliation
• Sexual Orientation
• Employment /Employer Affiliation
• Familial status (families with children under the age of 18, or who are expecting a child. However, for your safety, if you are under 21 and have children under the age of 18 you may not be able to stay after a certain time if you are in an establishment that is selling alcohol)

However, no matter whom you are, if you are Bullying, Belligerent, Drunk, Improperly dressed, or Utilizing Foul Language…
